Hi, I’m Pawel. I am a digital product designer, SEO strategist, and creative technologist. I build high-performing digital products, bridging brand design, technical SEO, and custom software architecture.

I’m the founder of Oken Solutions LTD, where my work sits at the intersection of visual aesthetics, data-driven strategy, and custom software development. My non-traditional career path provides a holistic, end-to-end view of how digital products succeed in the real world.

01 / 1997–2004Early Systems & Level Design

My technical trajectory started in 1997 on a Pentium II 233, designing and constructing custom multiplayer maps for Quake II in QuArK, and later for Unreal Tournament in UnrealEd. Immersed in the early mIRC mapping communities, this period sparked a lifelong obsession with spatial geometry, engine logic, and multiplayer level architecture, long before I picked up a camera.

02 / 2006–2018Visual Foundation & Operations

My roots are in visual storytelling. After studying Applied Photography at Sheridan College, I spent a decade as a commercial fashion photographer in Toronto and London, collaborating with top modeling agencies and earning international publications. Concurrently, managing stockroom operations for American Apparel and navigating fast-paced hospitality environments forged my eye for design while instilling deep operational discipline and logistics management.

03 / Since 2018Digital Strategy & SEO Mastery

My pivot into the digital space began with The Coffee Guru, a platform born from a deep obsession with specialty coffee, extraction precision, and publishing real domain authority. Building that platform from scratch was my hands-on introduction to site architecture, content strategy, and technical SEO. That self-taught initiative directly landed me my role as Managing Director for a network of iGaming affiliates. Between 2019 and 2023, I directed a 20-person team across nine content-driven sites, taking full ownership of SEO, conversion testing, and high-volume performance strategy.

04 / Since 2023Marketplace E-Commerce & Brand Development

Transitioning from iGaming, I returned to my artistic roots with a data-driven mindset. I launched and scaled a portfolio of five print-on-demand storefronts: SIEKSTUDIO, Print&Fabrik, DarkenedBrush, Ink&Scent and Pulp&Frame. DarkenedBrush has passed 13,200 products sold and 1,600 five-star reviews, while SIEKSTUDIO has passed 3,300 sales. Designing products across various verticals required deep market research and trend forecasting, turning creative concepts into working retail businesses.

05 / PresentAI, Custom Apps & Modern Development

Today, I leverage custom development and AI automation to engineer full-scale digital ecosystems. Rather than relying on off-the-shelf software, I build custom infrastructure to solve operational, client, and consumer challenges. My software portfolio includes OkenHub (an internal management engine integrated with custom Telegram AI assistants), AgenticOS (a multi-agent AI framework built for autonomous decision-making), and OkenDesk (a plug-and-play backend powering client websites). Driven by a passion for live music, I also designed and launched OutTwo, a live consumer app connecting concertgoers.

Parallel to my app development, I specialize in generative AI visual pipelines, engineering advanced ComfyUI workflows with Flux and Stable Diffusion to design hyper-consistent AI avatars and virtual influencers.
